Data is being processed for the purpose of delivering a clinical coaching service, provided by a company called HN. This service is delivered by a specially trained nurse or healthcare professional who will work with you on a one-to-one basis to advise on the best way to manage your condition(s). We will share your contact details with HN to enable them to contact you and confirm that you would want to take part in HN’s clinical coaching. This service will help provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to improve your health and quality of life. HN will only use your data for the purposes of delivering their service to you. If you do not wish to take part in the service provided by HN we will continue to manage your care within the Practice. HN are required to hold data we send them in line with retention periods outlined in the Records Management code of Practice for Health and Social Care. Welcome to our NHS General Practice in Selby, North Yorkshire. We have been serving our community for over 25 years, providing a wide range of NHS GP services from one convenient location.
Our goal is to deliver high-quality care and work closely with our patients to prevent illness and promote good health. Our team of doctors, nurses, and staff are committed to providing you with the best clinical care possible. Whether you need treatment for minor ailments or specialized care for long-term conditions, our dedicated team is here to help. We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm for your convenience.
We are also proud to be a teaching practice for the Hull York Medical School, contributing to the training of future medical professionals.

Monday – Friday from 08:00 am – 18:00 pm
(Thursday lunchtime we close from 12.00 pm until 14.00 pm for staff training)
Extended Opening Times
To accommodate patients who find it difficult to have an appointment during normal opening hours, we offer limited extended opening on the following days:
- Tuesday mornings: 07.00am – 08.00am (GP telephone appointments only)
- Tuesday evening: 18.30pm – 20.00pm (Nurse appointments & GP appointments following telephone triage)
- Monthly Saturday surgery: 08.30am – 13:30pm (Nurse appointments & GP appointments following telephone triage

When We Are Closed If you need help, advise and guidance that cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please contact NHS 111 by dialling 111 from your landline or mobile. All calls are free of charge. Alternatively, the Urgent Treatment Centre at Selby Hospital may be able to help with your problem, and are open 8am to 8pm 7 days a week -www.hdft.nhs.uk/services/urgent-treatment-centre-in-selby In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency. |
