This service is now LIVE head to this site to beat the phone lines and get in touch with us here at the practice.
- It’s the quickest and easiest way for you to get help from a GP.
- You’ll get a response without the need for an appointment
- You can do everything on there, prescriptions, consultations, sick notes, checking results etc.
- You can submit further requests on there in future without having to phone the practice and wait in a queue.
- If the doctor or nurse decides you need an appointment, they will see you ASAP.

We can register you as a patient if you live in Greater Huddersfield and are:

- An asylum seeker
We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.
Locala Health and Wellbeing Services out on the road
Locala’s Health and Wellbeing’s services are going out on the road to offer help and support in the heart of our communities.
GPs from the Whitehouse Centre in Huddersfield will use the van to provide outreach services at the Huddersfield Mission, offering targeted healthcare support to the homeless, people in emergency accommodation and asylum seekers in the area.
The van is specially designed to provide healthcare services with a waiting area and a separate clinical room - meeting all the Infection Prevention and Control standards you’d expect from a GP surgery or Community Health Centre. Information on this

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.
