News:

  • Please note, our practice staff are here to help you.  Our aim is to be as polite and helpful as possible to all patients. However, aggressive behaviour towards practice staff will not be tolerated and patients who are abusive may be removed from our patient list.  If you consider that you have been treated unfairly or inappropriately, please ask our reception staff to contact the practice manager who will be happy to address your concerns.  Please help us to help you.  Thank you.

  • In addition, we ask that you discuss one issue per appointment where possible.  If you have more than one issue to discuss, please speak to reception who will be happy to book you a subsequent appointment.  This is to assist us to run to time during our clinics, and longer appointments may result in longer waiting times for our patients.
