Appointment reminder texts will be turned off so you  must ensure you note your appointment time and date, alternatively you can check or cancel your appointment by calling into the practice and following the prompts.

It doesn’t replace existing services. You can still contact us in the usual ways.

Access and Parking

Disabled access is available to the side of the building near to the car park entrance. Disabled toilet and baby changing facilities are available.

There is a pay and display car park at the rear of the building. This belongs to Redbridge Council and not the surgery.

Zero Tolerance We do not accept any abusive or aggressive behaviour towards our staff.  In line with NHS guidelines the practice may remove a patient from the list for threatening or violent behaviour.

"If I die it will be your fault"

The Institute of General Practice Management has launched a campaign to raise awareness of some of the abuse our teams face every day. While most patients are polite and courteous, our teams are having to deal with abuse daily and the abuse must stop. Featured on 5Live and BBC Breakfast, hopefully this will make some people think twice.

The practice is open Monday to Friday between 08:00am - 18:30pm

If you require appointments out of surgery opening times, you can also contact the Enhanced Access GP service on 0204 506 8827

When we reach capacity for the day, you will be triaged by the reception team, who will be able to make an appointment on your behalf in the evening access slots. If you have any queries please call and speak with a reception team member on 020 8491 3303.
