We are delighted to announce that Dr Sarah Capewell becomes a partner on the 1st March 2025. Dr Aliena Sohail has joined the practice as a GP in training from February 2025. 

NHS GGC provide a range of services you can contact directly without going through your GP. These include Physiotherapy, Podiatry, ear care at a treatment room, your optician for eye problems, the Primary Care Mental Health Team and Lifelink . Further details in the services tab. 

From 11/12/23 NHSGGC is directing all pregnant women to register online for their first midwife appointment www.nhsggc.scot/meetyourmidwife . Previously women would need to call the central booking line. This remains active for now. The health board is asking for patients to use the online service if possible. 

Public holidays for 2025 - 1st and 2nd January, 18th and 21st April, 5th and 26th May, 21st July, 29th September, 25th and 26th December. The practice will be closed on these days. 

Referrals within the practice to GEMAP (money advice) have restarted, as funding for the service has been confirmed for the coming year. A cost of living support guide in available - on the money advice support services tab.

Opening Times

*  Please note the surgery door is closed between 13:00 and 14:00 on Fridays.

The practice does Extended Hours. These are every Thursday 7.30 - 8.15am, unless the doctor is on annual leave, when it will be moved to another day/evening. These appointments are not available on the Patient Access App. You must call the practice to book these appointments.

It is hoped these appointments are used for patients who cannot attend during normal session times. Please speak with receptionist for any further information.
