NHS Help to Care app

Supporting everyone who provides care
for others in
Kent and Medway

The app is designed to help spot the signs of a health problem and find the
right information and advice. There is an assessment section which will help
you decide if the person you care for is developing a health problem that
needs medical help. The app will direct you to good quality advice.

You can download the app by searching for Help to Care in the app store on
your Apple device, or in Google Play if you have an android device.
