Important information about your surgery on Thursday 27th March 2025 from 12.30pm until 4.30pm

Please be aware that on Thursday 27th March 2025 from 12.30pm until 4.30pm the surgery will be closed.

However, there are several ways in which you can still access services from your Bexley GP and nurse.

· Visit our website homepage and use the online consult service for all non-urgent matters.

· If you have an urgent medical problem (that is not life threatening) and are unsure what to do, NHS 111 can be contacted by dialling 111 or online at 111.nhs.uk

· For any urgent medical advice (that is not life threatening) but cannot wait until the surgery reopens at 4.30pm, you can call the Urgent Treatment Centre on 020 3910 7204.

(Please note this is only for urgent medical advice, for anything else i.e., prescriptions, appointments, results please contact the surgery during opening hours).

Services at the practice will fully resume from 4.30pm on the same day.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your cooperation.

Effective from today (24/06/2024), patients are required to enter the building via the intercom system at our Granville Road site during the following times:

  • Thursday evenings from 6pm till 8pm
  • Saturday morning from 8am till 12pm

Notices will be placed on the main and side entrance doors to advise patients of this change.

Please note that access to the building during these periods will only be granted through the intercom system operated by our reception staff.

We regret the necessity of this measure, but it is essential for ensuring controlled access when fewer staff are available on site.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
