Important information for patients currently on hospital waiting lists - The NHS has been working hard to address the backlogs built up during the COVID pandemic. As part of these plans, the NHS will be proactively contacting patients who have been waiting a long time for NHS funded hospital treatment, to remind them of their right to request to move to an alternative hospital where they may be seen quicker. Patients who have been waiting 40 weeks or more can visit this website link below to request an alternative choice of hospital.

Please do not contact us for any information about secondary care appointments, we do not hold any information regarding a hospital appointment and waiting times. Please visit the website of the hospital you have been referred to directly if you wish to know anything about a hospital appointment and when you may be seen. New email address
We have a new email address for patients to use which is for any medication query or request only. For any other matter where you would like to communicate with us digitally and online please use eConsult thank you.
There are national shortages across the whole country of a number of different medications. Our dispensary team work under the close supervision of our GPs to find a suitable alternative if your usual medication is not available. Sometimes you may be offered a prescription to take away to another chemist who may have their own supply of your particular item, but this is not within our control. We ask that you treat all our staff with respect and in a polite manner if you have any concerns with any of our services. Raised voices and rude behaviour will not be tolerated.

The practice building is open Monday – Friday between 08:00 – 18:30.
Our telephone lines are open 08:00 – 18:00. Between 18:00 and 18:30 if you need to speak to a GP urgently you must call 0300 5555252.
Our eConsult service is open between 08:00 – 18:30.
Surgery appointments normally run Monday – Friday between 08:20 – 17:30 (all appointments must be pre-booked).
