Opening Times

In order to speak to the Doctor/arrange an appointment.

Phone any morning between 8.30 - 9.30am. We appreciate the lines are busy at this time but you will be placed in a call queue and a member of the reception team will answer your call. You will be asked to give the Receptionist some information regarding your contact, this is to help with the triage of every call. Every call is important so when you call please stay on the line and a member of the team will answer. We ask that you do not phone with routine queries during this time to ensure that all the staff can deal with calls requesting telephone call backs with the doctor.

Due to the high volume of administration work we take emergency calls only between 1 - 3 pm.

Reception staff do not arrange appointments.
