Repeat Prescription Changes

With the increased demand on the services, please allow 4 days for your prescription to be ready for collect from the pharmacy.

On-Line Services now available.

You can now BOOK ROUTINE GP APPOINTMENTS and ORDER REPEAT MEDICINES   ON-LINE.  Please register with the surgery to access this serevice.

Booking Appointments ON-LINE

We have updated our computer systems to allow you to book some appointments on-line.  This is now operational.  You can book appointments 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.  To use this function, please register at the surgery for your individual user details.  

Order Repeat Prescriptions ON-LINE

You can now request your repeat prescriptions on-line. ( Items that are not on repeat - must still be requested via the surgery). You can order your repeat medicines 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.

We hope these new functions will be useful to all our patients and help give access to some services out with practice opening hours.

DO NOT use the repeat prescription service to send comments to the surgery.  We cannot respond or deal with them via this source.  If you have a query - please ring the surgery.

Haddo Medical Group

Haddo Medical Group is located in purpose built premises in Pitmedden.  We provide Medical Services to the villages of Pitmedden, Tarves  & Methlick and the immediate surrounding village outskirts/area's only.

As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

We now have a single telephone number for Haddo Medical Group - 01651 843468.

OUTGOING Telephone Number

From 20th October 2022, calls from the Haddo Team to patients on their home or mobile numbers - will register as an 0300 number.  Please be aware and accept these calls.  The telephone number to contact the surgery remains the same.

 
Clinical Staff

You may not always require to see a GP.  We have a variety of clinical staff who may be able to deal with your medical condition or queries.  Our clinical team inlcudes an experienced Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurse and Treatment Room Nuses.  Our reception staff will try to assist you in being seen by the most approriate person. 

As part of this process, for us to ensure that patients are being accomodated in the most appropriate manner, the GPs have asked the reception staff to briefly enquire about the reason that an appointment is required.  This has already been the case for all nurse appointments, home visits and emergency appointments for some time within the practice.  It is also the case for all Out of Hours contacts via NHS24.

Our staff are fully trained and all information is treated as strictly confidential.  We are grateful for your co-operation and support and believe that this will enable us to better manage the wide range of requests that come through the practice daily.

Video Consultations - Attend Anywhere/Near Me

Where appropriate, the GP or Nurse Practitioner may ask you to log on for a Video Consultation.  This is done using Attend Anywhere / Near Me.  You must access the system via Goggle Chrome or Safari.

For information, please select the Appointments at the top of the page and scroll down to Video Call.

An appointment by video from your home or wherever is convenient to you.  The GP will let you know when your appointment is.  When instructed, please use the following link to start your call. 

*To access the system you must do so via either Google Chrome or Safari*.

NB - You will have access to the virtual waiting room at all times.     However, without an appointment from the GP, no one will connect with you for a consultation.
