Welcome to Antonine Medical Practice

Bonnybridge Health Centre  is a purpose-built building built in 1989 to house the Community Health Department, Bonnybank Medical Practice and our practice, Antonine Medical Practice. Our practice reception area is situated to the right-hand side of the front foyer. The waiting area has a children's corner with books and toys available to keep children amused while waiting for appointments.

Please note: The practice will now be closed each day between 12.30pm and 1.30pm.  If you have a medical emergency during this time please contact the practice on 01324 812315 for further details on how to contact the doctor.  If you have a pre booked appointment during this time please still attend your appointment.

ADVANCED PHYSIOTHERAPY PRACTITIONER

Appointments are now available with one of our Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioners.  If you have a new neck, back, muscle or other joint problem, please speak to reception to see if this is suitable for you.

PHARMACY FIRST

As part of a national initiative called NHS Pharmacy First Scotland, pharmacists are able to offer free treatment for a range of common health conditions without the need for a prescription. These include urinary infections, impetigo, conjunctivitis, vaginal thrush and eczema. Pharmacists across Forth Valley also provide a local service which provides free treatment and advice for minor skin conditions and skin infections such as dermatitis, cellulitis, insect bites and nail infections.

CHANGE OF DOCTORS

Dr Peter McCalister retired on Friday 1st March and we wish him well in his retirement.

We have appointed a new doctor, Dr Catriona Parker who started on Wednesday 6th March. Dr Parker will work Wednesday and Friday all day.  We welcome her to the practice team.

Access

The health centre has suitable access for disabled patients. Wheelchair access to the building is through the main door. A disabled patients' WC is provided. The practice booklet is available in large print.

The reception is open Monday to Friday for making appointments, general enquiries and collection of prescriptions from 08:00-1800 (closed for lunch 12.30-13.30)
