Patients requesting appointments can now pre book either face to face or telephone consultations with a doctor of choice (depending on availability) as well as booking with Nurses, Physiotherapy, Social Work or Mental Health Practitioners. Please advise the receptionist at the time of booking which type of consultation you would prefer.
Emergency appointments (which are on the day) will continue to be telephone triage first and our receptionists will ask some questions about your problem so the GPs can prioritise your medical need and to help to guide you to the appropriate person.
