Flu Vaccination Programme

If you are eligible for the flu vaccination please speak to Tynan Surgery.  Patients who are aged over 65 years of age and those in special at risk groups will be asked to attend for flu vaccination. 

Shingles Vaccination

Patients who are aged 70 and 78 years maybe eligible to receive the Shingles vaccination. We will be asking patients who are eligible to attend for shingles vaccination.

Contraceptive Services

The Practice offers ladies a full range of contraceptive services.  Please ask your Doctor if you require further information.

Update on Our Services

All our services including treatment room continue to be by appointment only.

Our Reception staff are now booking face to face appointments with the clinical staff. It is helpful to give our reception staff a very brief description of your issue so that you can be directed to the most appropriate service.

Telephone lines are open Monday - Friday 8.30am-12.30pm & 2.00pm - 5.00pm. Outside these times you will be directed to an emergency number for urgent matters only.

If you need a repeat prescription, please telephone 028 3760 0734. The line is open 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Please allow 48 hrs for your medication to be available for collection from the pharmacy.

Serving You

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues.  Repeat prescriptions can now be ordered online.  If you wish to sign up for this service, please speak to one of our reception team.

Easy Access

Access for disabled persons is through the double doors at the main entrance.  All services provided by Tynan Surgery are on ground floor level. A loop system is in place for those with hearing difficulty.
